Initial consultations last approx 60 to 75 minutes. During this time I will take a thorough history and assessment of your health. A fact finding questionnaire can be sent to you in advance to fill out if you prefer. We can then discuss during your first appointment.

I will prepare a plan for you to follow for six weeks based on the outcome of our assessment.

Cost for initial consultation - £160.00

 

Follow up appointments usually take 30-45 minutes and happen six weeks after we initially meet. We will discuss your progress with the plan and address any issues you may be having. We may adjust your plan by adding/removing/replacing certain elements depending on how you feel.

Cost for follow up consultation - £100.00

Consultations can take place either in person or via Zoom.
